- The defect
- Bigfoot Industries, Inc. (Bigfoot) is recalling certain 2022 Bigfoot RV 25B17FB travel trailers, equipped with certain 2-burner cooktops. The burner control valves may become damaged, causing a gas leak.
- What it can cause
- A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
- What the dealer does
- Bigfoot will work with Dometic, to replace the cooktop, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 2, 2022. Owners may contact Bigfoot customer service at 1-250-546-2155.
