ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:ALTERNATOR/GENERATOR/REGULATOR
- The defect
- Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova) is recalling certain 2021-2022 LFS Artic and 2021-2023 LFS buses. The alternator power cable nut may not have been tightened properly.
- What it can cause
- A loose nut can cause electrical arcing, increasing the risk of a fire.
- What the dealer does
- Nova will inspect and tighten the power cable nut as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 10, 2024. Owners may contact Nova customer service at 1-800-350-6682. Nova's number for this recall is CR5570.
