- The defect
- Pagani S.p.A (Pagani) is recalling certain 2024 Utopia vehicles. The passenger side dashboard panel may have been manufactured incorrectly, which can cause the air bag not to deploy as intended.
- What it can cause
- During air bag deployment, the dashboard panel may damage the air bag or cause the air bag to deploy improperly, increasing the risk of injury.
- What the dealer does
- Dealers will repair the dashboard panel by applying kevlar strips, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 12, 2024. Owners may contact Pagani S.p.A customer service at +39 059 4739201.
