- The defect
- Lamborghini (Automobili Lamborghini) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Revuelto vehicles. The gas springs that allow the doors to open and stay open, may fail due to improperly assembled support pins in the springs.
- What it can cause
- Door spring failure can cause the doors to close unexpectedly, increasing the risk of injury.
- What the dealer does
- Dealers will inspect and repair the spherical pins as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed September 6, 2025. Owners may contact Automobili Lamborghini customer service at 1-866-681-6276. Automobili Lamborghini's number for this recall is L74X-R.01.25.
The repair is free, whatever the age or mileage of the vehicle, and whether or not you are the original owner.
