- The defect
- Supreme Corporation (Supreme) is recalling certain 2025 Wabash insulated truck body vehicles. The assembly bolts used to attach the auxiliary battery box may be misaligned, allowing the bolts to break.
- What it can cause
- Misaligned bolts can allow the battery box to detach from the vehicle, becoming a road hazard and increasing the risk of a crash.
- What the dealer does
- Dealers will permanently remove the battery box, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 9, 2026. Owners may contact Supreme customer service at 1-844-352-4921.
The repair is free, whatever the age or mileage of the vehicle, and whether or not you are the original owner.
