- The defect
- Alloy Custom Products LLC (Alloy) is recalling certain 2023-2025 cryogenic tank trailers. The suspension tower may have been improperly welded.
- What it can cause
- The welds can fail, causing the axle to detach and increasing the risk of a crash.
- What the dealer does
- Alloy will inspect and repair the welds as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on December 15, 2025. Owners may contact Alloy's customer service at 1-765-564-6032.
The repair is free, whatever the age or mileage of the vehicle, and whether or not you are the original owner.
