- The defect
- VLRV, LLC (Vanleigh RV) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Ambition trailers. The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.
- What it can cause
- A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury.
- What the dealer does
- Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 18, 2026. Owners may contact Vanleigh RV customer service at 1-662-612-4040. Vanleigh RV's number for this recall is VL-106.
The repair is free, whatever the age or mileage of the vehicle, and whether or not you are the original owner.
