- The defect
- Greenpower Motor Company Inc. (Greenpower) is recalling certain 2020-2024 Nano Beast and 2021-2024 Beast school buses. The Cross View Mirror is designed to only view pedestrian around stopped buses. The label warning drivers not to use the mirror to view vehicular traffic may be missing. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."

- Without a warning label, the driver may use the altered view to see other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
- What the dealer does
- Greenpower will inspect and install the label as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 4, 2026. Owners may contact Greenpower's customer service at 1-909-346-1090. Greenpower's number for this recall is GP-SVS-26-001.
The repair is free, whatever the age or mileage of the vehicle, and whether or not you are the original owner.
