- The defect
- Braun Corporation (Braun) is recalling certain 2026 Ram ProMaster vehicles. The rear bench may have only two of four seat legs installed. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 207, "Seating Systems."
- What it can cause
- An incomplete seat may not properly restrain an occupant, increasing risk of injury during a crash.
- What the dealer does
- Dealers will install two additional seat legs, free of charge. Owners may contact Braun customer service at 1-800-488-0359.
The repair is free, whatever the age or mileage of the vehicle, and whether or not you are the original owner.
