The defect
REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2025-2026 American Coach American Dream, 2026-2027 Fleetwood Discovery LXE, 2026 Fleetwood Palisade, and Holiday Rambler Armada recreational vehicles. The RoadWatch Safety System may have been programmed with the incorrect vehicle parameters.
What it can cause
Safety functions that depend on RaodWatch, such as ADAS features, adaptive cruise control, collision mitigation system, and electronic stability control, may have diminished or lost functionality, increasing the risk of a crash.
What the dealer does
Dealers will inspect and reprogram RoadWatch as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 16, 2026. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 260911REV.

The repair is free, whatever the age or mileage of the vehicle, and whether or not you are the original owner.

Which vehicles

A recall reaches a range of VINs inside these model years, not every car built in them. Yours may not be covered even if it is listed here, and the only way to find out is NHTSA's own VIN lookup.

How this campaign compares

At 47 vehicles this is a small campaign: 78% of the 19,826 vehicle recalls with a published size filed from 1995 up to this one are as large or larger. The middle campaign among them covers 472. It covers model years 2025 to 2027, so the oldest vehicles on it were one model year old when the defect was reported to NHTSA.

Fleetwood vehicles have been recalled over the electrical system 28 times before this, most recently in August 2025 as 25V565000. That is not evidence the earlier repair failed.

The vehicles on this campaign carry one other recall published here: 25V565000 (electrical system).

Check your own car

A VIN check is the only answer for a specific vehicle, and it also shows every other open recall on it, which is usually the reason it is worth doing rather than reading one campaign.

Filed by REV Recreation Group with NHTSA on September 18, 2026 as campaign 26V602000. Every word of the defect, consequence and remedy above is NHTSA's published record of that filing, not a summary of it.
