ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

The defect
Grech Motors Inc. (Grech) is recalling certain 2027 Strada, Terreno, and 2026-2027 Turismo motorhomes equipped with certain MaxxAir N-Series Maxxfan rooftop ventilation fans. The printed circuit board may fail during certain operations and overheat.
What it can cause
An overheated printed circuit board increases the risk of a fire.
What the dealer does
Dealers will inspect and replace the printed circuit board as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed October 30, 2026. Owners may contact Grech Customer service at 1-951-688-8347.

The repair is free, whatever the age or mileage of the vehicle, and whether or not you are the original owner.

Which vehicles

A recall reaches a range of VINs inside these model years, not every car built in them. Yours may not be covered even if it is listed here, and the only way to find out is NHTSA's own VIN lookup.

How this campaign compares

At 134 vehicles this is a small campaign: 66% of the 19,847 vehicle recalls with a published size filed from 1995 up to this one are as large or larger. The middle campaign among them covers 472. It covers model years 2026 to 2027, and the defect was reported to NHTSA in 2026, at or before the oldest model year it covers — as current as a recall gets.

Grech vehicles have been recalled over the electrical system once before this, most recently in January 2015 as 15V048000. That is not evidence the earlier repair failed.

Check your own car

A VIN check is the only answer for a specific vehicle, and it also shows every other open recall on it, which is usually the reason it is worth doing rather than reading one campaign.

Filed by Grech Motors Inc. with NHTSA on September 30, 2026 as campaign 26V628000. Every word of the defect, consequence and remedy above is NHTSA's published record of that filing, not a summary of it.
