Following a discussion with Ducati about a communication in it's June 5, 2010 Tips and Tricks newsletter, the company agreed to recall all Model Year 2010 MTS1200 motorcycles to address a tip-out stall issue.With that recall, submitted in lieu of a the PE Information Response, this investigation is closed.

OVER THE PAST YEAR AND A HALF THE REAR BRAKE HAS FAILED OVER 10 TIMES, IT WILL HAPPEN AFTER MOTORCYCLE IS RIDDEN OVER 30-40 MILES IN WARM TEMPS AT LOWER SPEEDS, AND OF RIDDEN OVER 100 MILE STRAIGHT AT ANY SPEED.
