The contact owns a 2022 Keystone Alpine RV. The contact stated that upon delivery, the RV pipes were frozen. Additionally, the contact stated that the driver's side and the top large windows were shattered in the living room. The back wall had separated from the kitchen counter back wall. The solar panels failed to charge. There was water pouring from the belly of the unit. There was vibration while pulling RV. STRUCTURE:BODY
I purchased a 2022 Keystone Alpine 3720MD fifth wheel RV from Bish's RV in Anderson, Indiana (Modern Trailer Sales at the time) in February of 2023. Starting in early 2024, I noticed a crack starting to form in the fiberglass exterior wall on the driver's side of the RV originating from the lower left-hand corner of the opening for the master bed slide. Over the past 7 months, that crack has continued to grow in length as well as get wider over time. I am very concerned about the structural integrity of the underlying frame of the RV as I have read about many other owners of Keystone Alpines experiencing "frame flex" problems with their 2022 RV's. I have submitted pictures of the problem to

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
50 amp cord reel is defective. When plugged into a 50 amp outlet, My electrician found power all the way to the reel, but not to the internal fuse panel. These cord reels are known to have these issues as the fingers behind the power connection tend to arc and or corrode causing only one leg of power to make it to the fuse panel. I've contacted keystone and they refused to do anything about it. I'm afraid this could potentially cause an electrical fire in my RV unit

One of the batteries overheated causing hydrogen sulfide fumes to enter the RV coach. This was a battery supplied with the RV when purchased new.

STRUCTURE:BODY
After buying this trailer brand new, we took it on our first out of state trip. We drove from Minnesota to South Carolina roughly 1000 miles. In the location of the front kitchen slide out there is now a crack forming diagonally from the lower corner of the outside of the slide out. After doing research we learned this is what shows on the outside of the fiberglass when aluminum frame welds are breaking. We contacted Keystone, they started a warranty claim and gave us contacts to call. So far the only location Keystone gave us in Minnesota told us they no longer will do the repair because Keystone does not reimburse them fully for the repair. In hopes to get them to help I offered to pay

Where these numbers come from

A complaint is one owner's account and has not been verified by NHTSA or by us. A vehicle with more complaints is not necessarily worse: models that sold in larger numbers collect more of them. How this is counted.
