ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
I have a 2023 Dodge Durango GT. I have noticed that every so often I get an error message that pops up on my radio that says “UConnect box need service contact an authorized dealer”. I’ve taken it in and had the radio flashed and it keeps coming back. Everytime it comes on is disables my SOS and makes it non functional as well as it disables my other SiriusXM Guardian features. I find this to be an extreme safety concern as it disables the SOS feature to contact emergency services incase of an accident. Seems to be an ongoing issue with Durango models.

NHTSA complaint 11735630. Filed by an owner and not verified by NHTSA or by us.

EXTERIOR LIGHTING
Front right turn signal went out after three years and I’m told I need to replace the entire light which is $1400 by itself. These led lights are supposed to last a long time.

NHTSA complaint 11729656. Filed by an owner and not verified by NHTSA or by us.

EXTERIOR LIGHTING
This is a fairly new SUV and front turn signals are out. This puts me in danger of having to turn and other drivers not aware. It is not a simple bulb fix. All have to be removed. This was confirmed by a couple of independent mechanics. Vehicle has not been inspected by manufacturer. No warning lamps or messages prior to issue.

Where these numbers come from

A complaint is one owner's account and has not been verified by NHTSA or by us. A vehicle with more complaints is not necessarily worse: models that sold in larger numbers collect more of them. How this is counted.
