EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY:WHEELCHAIR LIFT/RAMP:CONTROLS/CONTROL WIRING

The defect: Turtle Top is recalling certain 2026 Terra Ford Transit buses. The electrical contactor may fail, preventing the controls from stopping the lift.
What it can cause: A wheelchair lift that continues to move while occupied increases the risk of injury.
What the dealer does: The remedy is currently under development. The manufacturer has not yet provided a schedule for recall notification. Owners may contact Turtle Top customer service at 1-800-296-2105.

The repair is free, whatever the age or mileage of the vehicle, and whether or not you are the original owner.
