The defect
Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC. (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2019-2020 Jaguar F-Pace vehicles. The Auto High Beam (AHB) system does not indicate through the instrument cluster when the high beams are illuminated automatically. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
The risk
The driver may be unaware that the high beams are illuminated, reducing visibility for oncoming traffic, and increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy
Jaguar will notify owners, and dealers will update the vehicle software, free of charge. The recall began April 2, 2021. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is H332.

The defect
Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain 2019 Jaguar F-Pace, F-Type, and XJ vehicles equipped with V6 or V8 gasoline engines. The crankshaft pulley retaining bolt may have been improperly manufactured, possibly causing the crankshaft pulley bolt to fracture, potentially resulting in engine failure.
The risk
Engine failure may increase the risk of a crash.
The remedy
Jaguar has notified owners, and dealers will replace the crankshaft pulley center retaining bolt, free of charge. The recall began February 11, 2019. Owners may contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is H181.

IN MY 2019 JAGUAR F PACE, I WAS STOPPED, WAITING FOR THE CAR IN OPPOSITE LANE TO PASS SO I COULD CROSS LEFT INTO MY DRIVEWAY. THE OTHER DRIVER CROSSED THE YELLOW LINES HITTING ME HEAD ON AT ABOUT 45 MPH. MY AIR BAGS NEVER DEPLOYED. THE OTHER DRIVERS DID YET MINE DID NOT, NO WARNINGS FROM DRIVE PACKAGE OR ADAPTIVE DYNAMICS SHOWED. CAR IS TOTALED, NOT ONE AIRBAG DEPLOYED.

VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL:CABLES

The contact owns a 2019 Jaguar F-Pace. The contact stated that while driving forward into a parking space and depressing the brake pedal to stop, the vehicle suddenly experienced unintended acceleration causing the vehicle to drive forward and crash into the rear of a second parked vehicle. During the incident, the contact sustained a neck and head injury which did not require medical treatment. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. No police report was taken. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 50,000.

STEERING
Failure of the Electric Power Assisted Steering (EPAS) rack on 2019 Jaguar Pace causing an immediate safety hazard when driven in the rain. Factory EPAS motor housings suffer from inherent design vulnerability. Power steering to the vehicle was locked up with dashboard warning. Jaguar Monroeville has confirmed need for new steering rack, tie rods, etc costing $8900 including labor. There were no warnings prior to failure as the issue arose when driving in the rain. There is an active community of over 1800 JLR drivers called JLR Power Steering Alliance Group on Facebook fighting this issue with proposed class action lawsuits. Jaguar is inconsistently applying some goodwill assistance.

ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING

The contact owns a 2019 Jaguar F-Pace. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the message that the engine was overheating was displayed and the engine started overheating. The vehicle was pulled over to the shoulder of the roadway. The contact allowed the engine to cool down. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and was diagnosed with a coolant out pipe failure. The contact was informed that the failure caused the failure of the thermostat, water pump, and the gas oil separator. The vehicle was not repaired. SEAT BELTS
One seatbelt has been sticking the front passenger seatbelt for quite some time since I purchased the vehicle recently a few days ago the drivers seatbelt started sticking, and I actually got trapped in the seatbelt in the car and could not get out for quite some time I eventually had to expand the seatbelt and crawl my way out of the car.

ENGINE
Check Engine light POO14 , indicates shake , stall and loss of power. Appointment is scheduled with Jaguar, this is a known problem and recall however my specific model has no yet been placed on recall , definitely a safety problem that shall not be noticed only until an accident occurs to me myself or others.

SERVICE BRAKES

My car didn't stop when I was parking. I went over the sidewalk and I hit the tree on the driver side passenger door. The tree and sidewalk slowed me down enough where I missed the head on collision with the building in front of me. I took pictures and reported it to my insurance.

ENGINE
My 2019 Jaguar F Pace has been leaking fluids for over 2 years. A mechanic repaired a coolant pump, however there continues to be fluids leaking. A mechanic informed me my car is making a sound as if the power steering is about to go, which will cause engine failure. After researching, it was brought to my attention this has happened to thousands of f pace owners. I am the only owner of my car which was purchased in April 2019, with 0 miles on it. It now has roughly 92,000 miles on it. I am concerned the engine will fail due to the faulty steering rack and believe this should be a recall. In my research, I found a customer that had to threaten a lawsuit to LRJ to have this issue covered at
