More than once while driving, the 48inch dashboard screen and the center touch screen, and power steering and the majority of electrical components would cease to work at all once and without warning. Essentially, the car goes "dark" like a computer that had its power cord pulled from the wall. Twice I had to come to a stop, with minimal ability to steer (no power). Eventually, after about 60 to 90 seconds, the screens rebooted slowly and regular functionality was restored after about another 60 to 90 seconds. This is not the same screen sequence as when you enter your car. Service at the dealership told me there are "various software issues with this new technology, as well as suspension,

I am reporting a serious vehicle safety concern involving my company-leased 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Black Label. The vehicle was damaged while in the custody of the dealership (Tasca Lincoln). The damage was not minor cosmetic damage and involved replacement of a door assembly. The dealership returned the vehicle to me after repair in approximately two (2) days, but I was provided no safety documentation at all, including no written proof of what parts were installed, no proof whether the replacement door was new or used, and no documentation confirming that the vehicle was restored to factory safety standards. This vehicle contains advanced safety systems integrated into the doors and

UNKNOWN OR OTHER
On August 4 2026, I drove my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus home for lunch. Upon leaving my house to head back to my office, and without realizing it, I left the vehicle's key fob inside my house, approximately 30 feet from where the vehicle was parked. I was able to gain entrance to my locked vehicle and I was able to start my vehicle and drive all the way back to my office. It was not until I turned my car off, closed the door and searched my pocket for my key fob to lock the vehicle that I realized I had left the key fob at my house (approximately 3 miles from my office). I was still able to re-start my vehicle and drove back home to retrieve my key. Despite the key fob being absent from the

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Ongoing Electrical Failures (2024 Lincoln Nautilus) This vehicle has experienced repeated and unresolved electrical system failures despite being brought in for service at least seven times. The issues remain ongoing and impact both safety and reliability: 1. Rear driver-side window defect – window reverses and will not remain closed, creating a safety and security concern. Multiple repair attempts have failed to resolve the issue. 2. False reverse braking alerts – system triggers warnings (“Reverse Brake Assist not available”) and audible alarms when no obstacles are present, creating a potential safety hazard. 3. Intermittent display failure – panoramic display screen goes black while

STRUCTURE:BODY
The door jam and hatchback seals are letting dust and emission fumes inside the vehicle. When driving down a dirt road the seats are covered with dust. The dealership says that the seals are properly installed they said to the cabin fan on high to pressurize the vehicle which has not helped. When sitting stopped in traffic you can smell the exhaust fumes. This has been an ongoing issue since the date of purchase and the dealership has admitted that other Nautilus vehicles are doing the same. I wanted to add more door seals but was told that would void my warranty.

Where these numbers come from

A complaint is one owner's account and has not been verified by NHTSA or by us. A vehicle with more complaints is not necessarily worse: models that sold in larger numbers collect more of them. How this is counted.
