UNKNOWN OR OTHER

1 injured

While driving my 2024 Nissan Kicks, I experienced an unexpected issue where the vehicle shifted from park to reverse. As usual, the doors automatically unlocked when I pulled up, and I exited the vehicle. However, just as I stepped out and turned away, the car unexpectedly jumped from park into reverse, causing critical injury to me. I have obtained an attorney.

Where these numbers come from

A complaint is one owner's account and has not been verified by NHTSA or by us. A vehicle with more complaints is not necessarily worse: models that sold in larger numbers collect more of them. How this is counted.
