UNKNOWN OR OTHER
The vehicle has the dash lifting started to happen a month after I bought the vehicle that a bubble formed and now it’s peeling off it’s a common issue on all Corvette 3Lt’s and Chevy is aware of it and charge customers $3,000 to replace it and don’t think it’s right to do that and should own up to mistake but forums of Corvette owners show how common of a issue it is on the 3Lt trim since it’s leather.

POWER TRAIN
Noise from the rear of the vehicle. Took vehicle in to dealership. The determined that it was a left side loose axle nut. This is clearly a safety issue. It may not have been torqued properly at the factory. The vehicle is a 2021 with only 5500 miles. They did the repair/tightened the axle nut and the noise is gone.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
intermittent black screen from the Rear Vision Camera (RVC) on the infotainment screen with red icons when put in reverse the backup camera may fail with a black screen there is no full mirror coverage to the rear of the car while backing up.

NHTSA complaint 11685442. Filed by an owner and not verified by NHTSA or by us.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
I cannot believe the Corvette does not show that the alternator does not show that the car is not charging. I have a thirty year old corvette that will show you when the alternator does not show the car has an under performing alternator. If you do not have it showing on the display it will not show you that the alternator is defective. You have to show it on the display you never know you have a problem. It is an issue that is not a problem unless you know. I bought a battery and it was the alternator. They need to do a software upgrade to show you when a system goes out. My 1992 Corvette show you when there is a problem. Pathtic support on the part of General Motors.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Electrical door button is getting stuck and the door is locked from the inside. The switch has been replaced by authorized dealer once already. (July 19 2023) 4,783 miles on the vehicle at the time of first issue. From checking other forums, this is a common problem for this year vehicle.

Where these numbers come from

A complaint is one owner's account and has not been verified by NHTSA or by us. A vehicle with more complaints is not necessarily worse: models that sold in larger numbers collect more of them. How this is counted.
