Biodiesel deposits may form on the pump drivetrain roller components, which could lead to failure of the high pressure fuel pump.

The defect
Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021-2026 F-150, 2022-2026 F-250 SD, F-350 SD, F-450 SD, F-550 SD, Maverick, 2024-2026 Ranger, 2023-2026 F-600 SD, 2022-2027 Lincoln Navigator, Expedition, and 2026 E-Transit vehicles. When towing a trailer, the integrated trailer module (ITRM) may lose communication with the vehicle, possibly causing a loss of brake and turn signal lights, or a loss of brake function. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, " Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
The risk
Trailer lights or brakes that do not function can reduce the driver’s ability to control the trailer and decrease the trailers visibility to other road users, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy
The integrated trailer module software will be updated by a dealer, or through an over-the-air (OTA) update, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 25, 2026. The moonroof wind deflector clips may be inadequately attached to the moonroof frame, which can result in the wind deflector detaching from the vehicle.
The risk
A detached wind deflector can become a road hazard and increase the risk of a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2020-2022 F-250 SD, F-350 SD, and F-450 SD vehicles. The 360-degree view camera system may not display a rearview image properly in certain lighting conditions.
The risk
A rearview camera image that does not display properly can reduce the driver’s view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy
Dealers will update the image processing module software, free charge.nThis will be a phased campaign, with the remedy becoming available in different phases based on model years. The defect
Ford Motor Company is recalling certain 2022-2023 Ford Super Duty F-350, F-450, F-550, and F-600 vehicles. The fasteners for the front wheel hub extender may be insufficiently tightened, which can result in the wheel and wheel extender detaching from the vehicle.
The risk
Wheel detachment can result in a loss of vehicle control and create a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy
Owners are advised not to drive their vehicle until the repair has been performed. Dealers will inspect the front wheel hub extender retaining nuts. If the retaining nuts are loose, dealers will replace the wheel hub extender, retaining nuts, and hub assembly. Repairs will be performed free of charge. The owner's manual does not include instructions for adjusting or removing certain head restraints. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 202, "Head Restraints."

Without instructions, the head restraints may be improperly adjusted, increasing the risk of injury in the event of a crash.

In addition, certain 2016 E-Series, 2017 and 2019 F-450, 2021 F-350, and 2021 Transit vehicles that received a reprinted label are also included in this recall. The Safety Certification Labels are missing the tire size, rim type, and tire pressure values for both the front and rear axles. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 110, "Tire Selection and Rim", and 120, "Wheels and Rims-Other Than Passenger Cars."

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2017-2022 F-250 and F-350 Super Duty vehicles equipped with gasoline engines and aluminum driveshafts. Underbody heat and noise insulators may loosen and contact the aluminum driveshaft, which could damage the driveshaft and cause it to fracture.
The risk
A fractured driveshaft can cause a loss of drive power, or a loss of vehicle control if the driveshaft contacts the ground. Additionally, unintended movement could occur while parked if the parking brake is not engaged. Any of these scenarios can increase the risk of a crash.
The remedy

The contact stated that while driving approximately 40 MPH and pulling a trailer, the parking warning alert suddenly displayed on the dashboard, and moments later, a flashing check engine light was activated. While driving to the side of the road to park, smoke and flames began to come from under the passenger side of the front hood of the vehicle. The occupants immediately exited the vehicle, and the vehicle was engulfed in flames. The fire department was called to the scene and extinguished the flames. The tailgate for my 2022 F-350 has opened while towing several times over the last two months. During one of these instances, the open tailgate struck and damaged my fifth wheel recreational vehicle (RV) trailer during a low speed left hand turn. The area where the tailgate hit our trailer is the battery compartment for our RV. If this where to happen at a high speed it has the potential to cause additional significant damage to a trailer and potentially cause consequential accidents while the vehicle is in motion. I find it absolutely absurd that the fuel pump recall is still not resolved! When are you going to hold Ford accountable for this egregious delay? This has been over a year now. Everyday I drive my truck and tow my travel trailer wondering if at anytime it may just die on me on the highway.

BACK OVER PREVENTION

The contact owns a 2022 Ford F-350 SD. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V686000 (Back Over Prevention). The contact stated that while in reverse(R) on several occasions, the rear-view camera was black. The contact stated that on one occasion while his wife was driving the vehicle and shifted into reverse(R), the camera went black, and the vehicle reversed into a cement pole. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the vehicle was not diagnosed; however, the contact was informed that the part to repair the vehicle was not yet available. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
While traveling with my fifth-wheel camper attached, my 2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty (6.7L Power Stroke) suddenly developed a complete no-crank condition. Prior to the failure, the vehicle displayed multiple electrical warnings, including U0100 (Lost Communication with PCM), High Engine Temperature, AdvanceTrac, Blind Spot System Fault, Hill Start Assist, and Pre-Collision Assist warnings. The vehicle ultimately became disabled and would not crank or start, leaving me stranded away from home while towing a trailer. UNKNOWN OR OTHER
When the vehicle is moving forward, and rear camera is selected to visibly confirm the status of anything behind the vehicle, there is a giant black bar/box that states "full view not available" Clearly this is a safety hazard in the sense that I am unable to rapidly assess and determine the status of anything behind my vehicle, be it a trailer, a hitch mounted bike rack, or another vehicle. Ford should be required to remove all of these distractions from their software immediately.
