We both thought was very odd because the vehicle only has 35k miles on it and the line is visibly in great condition. I did a little research and found that there was a recall for this exact issue. But it seems that my vin wasn’t in the recall. I contacted Mercedes and told me to reach out to you guys. I’ve had multiple issues with Mercedes upon the delivery of my van. It was missing a Hermes module and had parts incorrectly installed. I ordered this van brand new and picked all the options. I have no doubt that my van some how missed this recall due to

Where these numbers come from

A complaint is one owner's account and has not been verified by NHTSA or by us. A vehicle with more complaints is not necessarily worse: models that sold in larger numbers collect more of them. How this is counted.
