AIR BAGS

1 injured · crash · towed

We had an accident with my Honda HRV where we rear-ended another vehicle. Right before the crash, a message showed on the dashboard that the brakes system isn't working. Also the airbag didn't deploy. We suspect a technical failure that caused the accident. The Car was towed and then totaled. We had to go to the ER twice. The problem hasn't been confirmed by a dealer yet, and I opened a case with Honda US. It's been a week now and no response yet from Honda US. There was a light snow on that day.

The steering on my ‘25 Honda HRV is sticky, at freeway speeds it makes even slight corrections dangerous. What was meant to be a slight curve turns into a swerve. Steering feels sticky and requires more force to move. I was driving on a curve and attempting to follow the curve on the freeway and the wheel wouldn’t smoothly go

Where these numbers come from

A complaint is one owner's account and has not been verified by NHTSA or by us. A vehicle with more complaints is not necessarily worse: models that sold in larger numbers collect more of them. How this is counted.
