UNKNOWN OR OTHER
I need to file a complaint because there is no fix available for this and the recall has been in place for almost 9 months - i have been unable to rent or sell or use this vehicle with the open recall that there's no fix in place for. FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL
Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) randomly quits working, produces a yellow warning light and digital message saying it has failed and service required. This failure happens at completely random times and last for hours to days and then randomly starts working again. This began happening after purchase in 2024 and was first sent into the dealership for repair in May 2024. The problem persisted with additional dealership visits in: June 2024, Sept. 2024, Jan. 2025, May 2025, Sept. 2025, Oct. 2025, Jan. 2026. Now my warranty is expired and dealership is refusing to work on the vehicle. Stellantis eventually put out TSB 08-065-25 which was completed Oct. 2025 and it did not fix the problem. All

Where these numbers come from

A complaint is one owner's account and has not been verified by NHTSA or by us. A vehicle with more complaints is not necessarily worse: models that sold in larger numbers collect more of them. How this is counted.
